ph3Role Overview /h3pWe are looking for an experienced IC Design Engineer with strong expertise in strongCMOS analog/mixed‑signal design /strong and strongemerging NVM devices /strong to help develop FMC’s next‑generation ferroelectric memory products based on hafnium oxide technology. You will work in close collaboration with international teams in Milan or Dresden to turn innovative memory concepts into robust silicon. /pbrh3Must Have /h3pCMOS IC design (Analog/Mixed Signal), NVM Device Design, Design tools: Cadence, Verilog, Programming Ability: C, Verilog, Digital Design Concepts /pbrh3Responsibilities /h3ullistrongDesign and develop emerging NVM memory devices /strong based on hafnium oxide technology for FMC’s ferroelectric memory product portfolio. /liliDefine specifications and support the integration of stronganalog and mixed‑signal blocks into the overall memory architecture. /strong /liliDesign stronga /strongstrongnalog circuits for NVM memories /strong (sense amplifiers, decoders, bandgaps, HV regulators, ADCs, etc.). /liliRun PVT simulations and circuit verification, including parasitic extraction,



to ensure performance and reliability. /liliCollaborate closely with layout engineers to optimize robustness, matching, and area. /liliContribute to post‑silicon verification, debug, and optimization of memory IP and test chips. /li /ulbrh3Your profile /h3ulli5-10 Years of experience and a Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. /liliStrong background in strongCMOS IC design (analog/mixed signal) /strong and strongNVM device design /strong. /liliHands‑on experience with strongCadence /strong design environment and strongVerilog /strong for modeling or verification. /liliFamiliarity with standard design and simulation flows (e.g., Cadence DFII, Virtuoso, Spice, Verilog‑A). /liliRelevant experience in analog/mixed‑signal CMOS and memory/NVM design. /liliGood knowledge of CMOS device physics and circuit behavior over PVT. /liliStrong problem‑solving skills and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams. /liliFluent in English. /li /ulbrh3Ideal fit /h3brh3Benefits /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
