ppAs a Construction Manager at Hitachi Rail, you will oversee on-site construction activities for national and international projects from a Turin base. You’ll ensure design and planning compliance, coordinate with clients, authorities, and subcontractors, and drive safe, efficient site operations. You will work within a cross-functional environment to optimize resources and continuously improve processes. /p ul liEnsure works quality in line with project design and specifications /li liEnsure construction activities align with the project planning /li liLiaise with Customers/Authorities/Contractors/ Partners/ Subcontractors for site handover /li liEnsure site compliance with HSE management plan /li liOptimize resources on site within project budget and planning baselines /li liDevelop site-specific plans aligned with project program and budget /li liUpdate and improve processes and procedures /li liSupport Construction Manager to ensure material availability on site per Working Schedule /li liExperience up to 5 years on site activities and workforce management /li liFluent in technical drawing and reporting /li liBasic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project (plus) /li liGood verbal and written communication skills /li liKnowledge of signalling, power supply and traction power technology systems /li liDriving license valid in Sweden and willingness to travel/long-term assignment /li liProficiency with Windows and Office package /li liHealth, Safety and Environment awareness /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
