This individual will serve as the senior Aerospace Defense representative for Italy and play a critical role in shaping our long-term growth strategy across the region. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute the Aerospace Defense growth strategy across Italy /liliAlign regional initiatives with global semiconductor and subsystem roadmaps /liliIdentify priority national defense programs and funding opportunities /liliServe as senior executive representative to Italian customers and government stakeholders /liliLead the establishment of a customer-facing collaboration and support laboratory in Milan, Italy /liliStand up secure IT and export-controlled infrastructure /liliExecute ADI defense engagement model for ecosystem collaboration /liliOversee catalyst operations, budget,
