We're looking for Software Engineers in Turin to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code — helping train AI systems to think like real developers. /p pYou'll write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide the expert-level feedback that makes AI coding assistants smarter, safer, and more reliable. This is hands-on engineering work at the frontier of AI development — not theoretical, not bureaucratic, and not boring. /p pThis is a fully remote, flexible contract role. If you can write clean code and explain your reasoning, we want to hear from you. /p ul liOrganization: Alignerr /li liType: Hourly Contract /li liLocation: Remote /li liCommitment: 10–40 hours/week /li /ul h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liWrite, debug, and optimize code across a range of languages, frameworks, and problem domains /li liReview and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices /li liIdentify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs /li liProvide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works — or doesn't /li liDesign challenging coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities /li liCompare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality /li liWork independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liProficient in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript, or similar)
