Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you will develop, validate, and optimize bakery applications to drive product innovation and technical-commercial growth. You will work closely with technical, sales, and marketing teams to bring innovative, functional, and sustainable bakery solutions to market. You’ll lead lab and pilot-scale trials, document results, and support customer projects from concept to launch. This is an international, innovative environment focused on expanding the bakery portfolio and collaborating with partners to scale new food solutions.

- Develop new formulations and applications for the bakery market
- Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale trials and document results
- Provide technical support to the sales team on ingredients and formulations
- Collaborate with suppliers and technology partners to test new ingredients
- Prepare samples,



prototypes, and technical documentation for development and customer presentations
- Assist in launching new bakery solutions with the technical marketing team
- Ensure project knowledge and data are documented and shared within the team
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food hygiene standards during activities
- Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related scientific discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical or application development role within the food industry, preferably bakery
- Strong understanding of bread, sweet baked goods, cakes, laminated products, and gluten-free bakery products
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects
- Team-oriented with ability to collaborate across technical, sales, and marketing functions
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Accurate, scientifically curious, and passionate about food innovation
