The selected candidate will join the boutique team located at Fiumicino Airport, one of Europe's busiest international travel hubs, serving a diverse and global clientele.

Within this dynamic and multicultural environment, the role is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver a personalized and outstanding shopping experience, consistently representing the brand's values and service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Provide expert product knowledge by staying up to date with new collections, product launches and luxury fashion trends.
- Contribute to the achievement of individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective sales techniques.
- Support visual merchandising activities and ensure the boutique presentation is always aligned with brand standards.
- Assist with stock management operations, ensuring product availability and supporting replenishment activities.
- Manage sales transactions accurately and professionally, ensuring a seamless and positive checkout experience.




- Collaborate closely with the boutique team to support daily operations and commercial objectives.
- Participate in boutique events and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and strengthen brand visibility.

Requirements

- Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion retail or other client-facing sales environments.
- Strong passion for luxury fashion and excellence in customer service.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages (such as Chinese, Russian or Arabic) are considered a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with an international clientele.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong commercial attitude and the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, trends and customer expectations.
- Attention to detail and understanding of visual merchandising principles.
- Knowledge of Tax Free procedures and international shipping is considered an advantage.
- Team-oriented attitude and strong collaboration skills.
- Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in line with airport retail operations.

Offer

- Working hours: Full-time
- Indicative salary range: Gross Annual Salary between €28,000 and €32,000, based on experience and seniority, plus sales commissions.
