ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will design and roll out Talent Acquisition and Development initiatives within Italy, aligning with the Corporate Centre of Excellence. You will partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to optimize candidate experience, recruitment strategies, and internal mobility. You’ll contribute to talent management and development programs that boost engagement and belonging. This is a cross-functional, growth-focused position in a tech-enabled, diverse environment with measurable impact on workforce quality.
