ppFor our Engineering Material Group, specifically our Lord Noise Vibration Harshness Division – we are looking for a Process Technician for our Plant in Monzambano, focused on steer by wire devices. /p h3Position Summary /h3 pThe Process Technician is responsible for supporting and improving manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production. The role develops and maintains work instructions and process documentation, performs time studies and supports costing activities, and ensures ERP/MRP master data (e.g., BOMs and routings) are accurate and controlled. The technician provides real‑time production support to troubleshoot issues, manage non‑conformities, and enable smooth execution of production plans. This position also supports NPI/prototype builds, operator training, SPC/data reporting, and rework management to achieve measurable improvements in quality, delivery, and cost. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop production processes and assembly tools and document their validation with direct support of the VSL/process engineer. /li liWrite/update manufacturing instructions for EMS department in LIT and document their validation. /li liMake time studies and cost estimate with support of process engineering to track improvements in EMS processes. /li liVerify and validate BOM and master data and compared to technical drawings and company management system "SBO". /li liSupport production directly on the shop floor in the resolution of technical problems on machines or processes. /li liSupport the quality department in the analysis and resolution of non‑compliance internally and to our customers by problem solving activities. /li liParticipate in various projects of introducing new products or enhancements processes in collaboration with product engineering (VE) and the group of continuous improvement (VA/VE).
/li liRealise the production of prototypes to support the introduction of new products or modifications to improve. /li liIntegrate aspects of safety in all processes and/or operating instructions that will develop or that already have been defined during risk assessments and edited in collaboration with the relevant authorities. /li liStatistical process control on critical process characteristics and write technical reports constantly. /li liSupport training to the shift leader or operators. /li liManage rework activities with the collaboration of shift leader and quality engineer. /li /ul h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liMaintain and sustain assembly lines in EMS department to meet safety/quality/delivery/cost requirements. /li liProvide explanations and training to the operators on the manufacturing instructions. /li liMake prototypes according to drawings and specifications developed in collaboration with the Engineering for Product. /li liMaintain performance of number of scrap in EMS department. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent studies: e.g., technical diploma in Mechanics). /li liExperience 0 to 2+ Years as process engineer in structured industrial sites. /li liFluent English. /li liEasy management of Office package (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint). /li liProblem‑solving skills. /li liAbility to use 3D modeling software such as Inventor. /li liAbility to act/deliver independently or quickly find role in ad‑hoc created project teams. /li liFeels confident on driving change. /li liStrong communication skills. /li liTime management. /li liManage activities with right prioritization. /li liWork in teams. /li /ul h3Equal Employment Opportunity /h3 pParker is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on grounds of age, race, religion, ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation or disability in relation to recruitment and employment. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
