Reporting directly to the VP Finance, Semiconductor BU, and with a strong dotted line to the Business Unit General Manager, this role is a key member of the leadership team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy, driving financial performance, and leading a global finance organization. and channel profitability /li liManufacturing and supply chain cost optimization /li liRD efficiency and investment prioritization /li liWorking capital and return on capital /li liMarket and competitive dynamics /li /ul /li liLead the evolution of the finance function, including: ul liOrganizational structure and operating model /li liStandardized global reporting and controls /li liERP evaluation and transformation strategy /li liProcess harmonization and cost efficiencies /li /ul /li liSupport MA activities, including due diligence, ROI analysis, and integration /li /ul h3Financial Planning, Analysis Insights /h3 ul liDeliver best-in-class financial analysis and business performance insights /li liLead monthly and quarterly global reporting, including: ul liIncome statement, balance sheet, capital expenditure, and working capital /li /ul /li liAnalyze results vs. targets, identifying key drivers and actionable recommendations /li liDevelop executive dashboards, KPIs, and financial benchmarking reportsCustom cover /liliProvide forward-looking insights to support decision-making and investment priorities /li /ul h3Leadership Team Development /h3 ul liLead and develop a high-performing global finance organization across:
ul liFPA /li liCommercial finance /li liControllership /li liFinancial systems and integration /li /ul /li liSet clear objectives aligned to business strategy and ensure accountability /li liCoach, develop, and retain top talent /li /ul h3Governance Business Stewardship /h3 ul liEnsure strong financial controls, compliance, and reporting integrity /li liPartner with Corporate Finance to strengthen global financial governance /li liPromote a culture of transparency, ethics, and accountability /li liChallenge assumptions and ensure alignment of investments with strategy /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field /li liCPA and/or MBA preferred /li /ul ul liProven finance leadership experience in a multinational, publicly traded company /li liStrong background in manufacturing and operations finance /li liExperience partnering with senior business leaders (e.g., General Manager) /li liExpertise across: ul liFinancial planning analysis /li liReporting and compliance (GAAP) /li liCapital allocation and investment analysis /li liFinancial systems and ERP environments /li /ul /li liExperience supporting or leading MA activities is highly desirable /li liSemiconductor industry experience is a plus /li /ul pAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
