ppbWe are looking for a Proposal Engineer /b. In your role you will report to the bApplication Engineering manager /band you will be part of bSales Department /b You will be based in LU-VE S.p.A, Uboldo (VA), Italy. /ph3Mission of the role /h3pA Proposal Engineer oversees the development, management, and submission of business proposals, ensuring they are compelling, compliant, and delivered on time. /ph3You will be in charge of /h3ulliCoordinating the entire proposal process from start to finish, adopting a consultative approach and considering the broader system in which our products are integrated and expected to perform. /liliDeveloping technical and commercial proposals by gathering, organizing and consolidating information from multiple departments, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives. /liliInteracting with customers to clarify technical and application requirements and tailoring proposals to best meet their needs. /liliSharing and continuously transferring market and application knowledge within the Application Engineering team through training and knowledge-sharing activities.



/li /ulh3Education Experience We Are Looking For /h3ulliAt least 10 years in the role/similar role in medium/large companies preferable in the refrigeration sector /liliEngineering Degree (Energy, Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace Engineering) /li /ulh3Qualifications We Are Looking For /h3ulliProficiency in English (written and spoken) /liliStrong Communication: Ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and clients. /liliMultitasking and Organization: Managing multiple proposals and deadlines efficiently. /liliLeadership and Collaboration: Guiding teams and coordinating across departments. /liliTechnical and Computer Literacy: Proficiency with proposal software, document management systems, and presentation tools. /liliAnalytical and Research Skills: Understanding client needs and market trends to create competitive proposals. /li /ulh3Benefits highlights: /h3ulliFlexible work hours/hybrid work environment; /liliExtensive learning opportunities and flexible career path /liliCompany Canteen /liliSmart Working /li /ulpThe indicative salary range for this position is between 60k and 70k gross per year, depending on the candidate’s experience and seniority level.
