ppAs a Study Start Up Associate II at ICON, you will lead site initiation and activation efforts, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery. You will collaborate with internal teams, CROs, and TAU partners to optimize SSU metrics and standardize processes. You will review essential documents and support issue resolution to keep studies on track.
