With a team of more than 80+ highly qualified employees, we have already realized over 180+ biogas plant projects that generate electricity or biomethane worldwide and thus contribute to climate protection. /p pbLocation: Benevento or Rome, Employment Type: Tempo pieno Start Date: asap /b /p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liOversee daily operation of the anaerobic digestion and upgrading systems /li liMonitor biological and gas parameters /li liCoordinate maintenance and manage contractors /li liEnsure compliance with permits, waste traceability, and reporting /li liManage consumables, and spare parts /li liLead the plant team and ensure safe working practices /li liPrepare performance reports /li /ul h3YOUR BACKGROUND /h3 pThe ideal candidate has a solid technical background and experience in operating industrial plants, preferably within the biogas/biomethane, wastewater treatment, food processing, or energy sectors. A degree in mechanical, chemical, environmental, or industrial engineering is preferred, along with familiarity with biological processes and automated control systems. /p h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of anaerobic digestion processes and gas production dynamics /li liAbility to monitor and interpret biological and gas quality parameters /li liExperience with SCADA systems and digital maintenance tools /li liCompetence with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment (pumps, mixers, compressors, blowers, membranes, chillers) /li liUnderstanding of preventive and corrective maintenance /li liKnowledge of environmental permits, traceability,
