ppIn this role you will lead the Front End sub-chapter, guiding developers and ensuring high-quality, scalable digital solutions. You will partner with Product Teams and ICT to align technical directions with chapter goals and company priorities. You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and uphold engineering standards across the domain. scalable digital solutions /liliMentor chapter members and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration /liliSupport delivery with Product Teams and elevate domain-specific issues when needed /liliCollaborate with ICT and Architecture/Security teams to ensure cohesive solutions /liliEvolve tools, frameworks, coding guidelines, and development workflows; enable knowledge sharing /lili6+ years of professional IT experience managing complex projects in a multinational context /liliStrong frontend expertise with React, Angular, Bootstrap, and jQuery /liliSolid understanding of performance, accessibility, and maintainability best practices /liliExperience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets (plus), AEM Cloud is a plus /liliKnowledge of SQL, Apache Jackrabbit Oak, and integration patterns including Web Services (SOA) /liliProficiency with JSON, XML, and XSL for data transformation /liliFamiliarity with SCRUM/Agile IT projects and project management tools (MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
