ppThe bAdministration, Finance and Control Leader /b manage and supervises all processes related to the accounting, administrative, financial and control activities of the assigned subsidiaries, ensuring proper compliance throughout the entire administrative process, including closing of the statutory financial statements and reporting. /p pHe/she ensures and optimizes data consolidation and monitors the subsidiaries’ AFC activities. Sample of the activities: management of reconciliation procedures; management of relationships with the audit firm; preparation of budgets, supporting the collection of final data and the formulation of forecasts; analysis and interpretation of results, verification of deviations from forecasts, investigation of causes, and identification of corrective measures. The ideal candidate will be a resource with not less than 5 years and no more than 10 years of experience in the AFC areas and the ability to run the role. /p h3Key Responsibilities (samples) /h3 h3Administration/Financial Reporting and Analysis /h3 ul lioversee the preparation and consolidation of administration/financial statements for a portfolio of subsidiaries. /li liensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. /li liconduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. /li /ul h3Budgeting and Forecasting /h3 ul lilead the annual budgeting process for a portfolio of subsidiaries. /li liprepare and review forecasts and variance analyses. /li limonitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
/li /ul h3Financial Controls and Compliance /h3 ul limaintain a robust internal control environment. /li liensure compliance with local financial regulations. /li liconduct regular audits and implement recommendations for improvement. /li liliaise with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory units /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering Management or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA/CFA is preferred. /li liProven experience in the Administration, Finance and Control areas, ideally with responsibility and within the services industry. /li liIn-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices. /li liExperience in managing accounting and financial consolidations. /li /ul h3Skills and Competencies /h3 ul listrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li ligood communication and interpersonal abilities. /li liproficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel. /li lihigh attention to detail and organizational skills. /li liability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. /li lisoft skills like empathy, active listening, conflict resolution, persuasion, reliability and self-motivation are considered personal assets. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the AFC fields. /li liProven track record of implementing admin/financial controls. /li /ul h3Additional Requirements /h3 ul liWillingness to travel to subsidiary locations as needed. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
