And while we are a truly global organization, we remain deeply rooted in the communities in which we operate and where our colleagues live and work. /p pWith industrial operations in nearly 30 countries, bStellantis /b could consistently exceed the evolving needs and expectations of consumers in more than 130 markets, while creating superior value for all stakeholders. /p h3Position Summary /h3 pThe bProduction Unit Manager /b is responsible for leading all production and technical activities within the Finishing Unit, including bFinishing Operations, Supercubing and Heat Treatment Processes /b. /p pThe role is accountable for achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People objectives through the effective management of production teams, shift supervisors and process engineering resources. /p pThe position provides leadership to a multi-disciplinary organization, ensuring operational excellence, process stability, workforce development and continuous improvement in line with business objectives and customer requirements. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and coordinate all Production Unit activities, including Finishing, Supercubing and Heat Treatment operations, ensuring achievement of production, quality, cost and delivery targets. /li liManage and develop a team of Production Supervisors, Team Leaders and Process Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. /li liEnsure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Corporate standards,



promoting a zero-accident culture and supporting internal and external audits. /li liDrive operational performance through the monitoring and analysis of KPIs, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence. /li liEnsure product conformity to customer specifications and internal quality standards by promoting process discipline, standardized work and robust problem-solving methodologies. /li liLead the management of process deviations, quality concerns, customer issues and production disruptions, ensuring timely containment and permanent corrective actions. /li liCoordinate all technical activities within the Unit, providing direction and priorities to Process and Technical Specialists to improve process capability, efficiency and product quality. /li liEnsure the reliability and technical performance of equipment, collaborating closely with Maintenance teams to support Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance and equipment improvement initiatives. /li liSupport the introduction of new products, process changes, industrialization projects and capital investments, ensuring proper validation, training and implementation. /li liDrive Lean Manufacturing and Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) methodologies, promoting kaizen activities, waste reduction, productivity improvements and best practice deployment. /li liDevelop workforce capabilities through coaching, training, succession planning and talent development initiatives. /li liManage workforce planning and resource allocation to ensure operational flexibility and efficient utilization of manpower across all shifts. /li liPromote strong cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain and Human Resources. /li liEnsure compliance with all customer,



regulatory and certification requirements relevant to automotive manufacturing and aluminum foundry operations. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5-7 years of experience in similar role. /li liDegree in Engineering; a degree in Mechanical Engineering will be considered an asset. /li liPrevious experience as a Production Supervisor in a complex industrial environment with machining operations. /li liProven experience in people management and team leadership. /li liExperience in managing production activities and achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People objectives. /li liAbility to monitor and improve operational KPIs through corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liExperience in process deviation management, problem solving and implementation of corrective actions. /li liKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement tools. /liliNative Italian and bEnglish proficiency at B2 level /b or above. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. /li liKnowledge of foundry processes, particularly finishing, supercubing and heat treatment processes, will be considered a plus. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liProactive and motivated leadership style. /li liStrong problem-solving skills. /li liEffective communication skills with the ability to coach, engage and develop teams. /li liAbility to work effectively in fast-paced and complex industrial environments. /li liStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liSalary range: from 45.000 € to 55.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /li liCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL - CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul h3Disclaimer /h3 pAt bStellantis /b, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
