ppSpecialista Senior / Project Manager /p pShow compensation /p pIn this role you will lead the engineering of static equipment (columns and vessels) for complex international projects. You will coordinate the discipline within the project team, ensure compliance with technical, budget, schedule and quality targets, and manage external interfaces and procurement support. You will contribute to Saipem’s energy transition goals by delivering robust, safe, and efficient static equipment solutions at scale. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role with a strong focus on technical leadership and project delivery. /p ul liHybrid working model with flexible hours /li lihealth insurance /li liinternal gym /li lidiscounts and partnerships /li liin‑house cafeteria /li liLead and coordinate all engineering activities for static equipment within the project /li liAct as discipline focal point in the project task force /li liPlan and verify project budget alignment and resource needs /li liDefine scope of engineering activities and prepare discipline deliverable lists /li liPlan resource allocation and detect schedule risks /li liCoordinate with other centers or external specialists as needed /li liEnsure availability of basic design information and define equipment lists and commodity codes /li liPrepare RFQ plans and establish basic design philosophies for static equipment /li liPrepare technical annexes for subcontracted engineering and coordinate external subcontractors /li liIssue specifications and RFQs for static equipment packages; monitor procurement documentation and vendor documentation follow-up /li liHandle Client comments, support project management in technical interfaces with Client /li liSupport post-order activities including Vendor ITPs, NCRs, and resolution of issues /li liMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field /li liat least 5 years’ experience in similar roles with international Main Contracting Engineering Companies /li lifocus on static equipment (columns and vessels) /li lifamiliarity with Office software and Mechanical Equipment Design tools (PV Elite, Compress or similar) /li /ul pIn this role you will lead the engineering of static equipment (columns and vessels) for complex international projects.
