We are looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales & Customer Operations Coordinator.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating communication and operations between customers, sales agents, logistics, production, and our brands, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Support our brands with day-to-day sales operations.
- Coordinate customer orders together with the sales agent network.
- Manage daily communication with domestic and international customers.
- Liaise with logistics and production departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Monitor order status and provide accurate updates to customers.
- Prepare and manage commercial documentation.
- Work with ERP/CRM systems and sales management tools.

Requirements





- At least 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Sales Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems and sales management tools (knowledge of Joor or similar software is an advantage).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage priorities effectively.
