ph3Position Overview /h3pThe Production and Capacity Planner will be part of the Order Fulfilment team and collaborate with Production, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain for daily activities, with a focus on slitting operations. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSchedule slitting machines in line with service objectives defined by Supply Chain (OTIF and OTD). /liliSupport shipment planning for national and international customers, ensuring compliance with service timelines. /liliCoordinate handling of finished and semi‑finished products, including external providers. /liliContribute to process improvement projects to optimize service KPIs, production efficiency, and order management. /liliUpdate and monitor KPI reporting according to company standards. /liliInterface with Customer Service for order confirmations, ensuring customer needs are met effectively. /liliSupport immediate responses to external requests (commercial, supply chain, operations) through the use and development of production planning tools. /liliSupport inventory accuracy and stock analysis.



/liliIdentify bottlenecks between industrial and commercial product planning; ensure consistency with communicated forecasts, identify potential issues, and report expected impacts promptly. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliHigh level of knowledge and experience in analysis, supply chain planning or production planning. /liliBachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, or a similar field. /liliExcellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills for building strong relationships internally and externally (spoken and written). /liliAccountability, engagement, and high motivation at work. /liliAbility to build customer loyalty and foster a customer‑centric team environment. /liliStrong relational skills and ability to collaborate with different functions of the plant. /liliStrong leadership skills: proactivity, drive, communication, influence, high energy, and sense of responsibility. /liliProficiency in English. /li /ulh3Location /h3pBased in Caponago (MB) /ppWe are happy to make any reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process to accommodate your needs. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
