The role combines creative architectural vision with technical performance, ensuring that all projects meet high standards of functionality, aesthetics, regulatory compliance, and environmental responsibility. The Architect would lead technical delivery for local and International (India/Middle East) projects. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliLead the development of innovative and sustainable architectural solutions aligned with client needs, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements with the adaptation of global concept to local standards. /li /ulh3Project Management /h3ulliDefine project scope, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering project managementteams and stakeholders. Monitor progress across all project phases; /lilicoordination with local consultants and contractors and time/cost control. /li /ulh3Building Physics Performance Integration /h3ulliCollaborate with specialists in building physics to embed energy efficiency, thermal comfort, and environmental quality into design solutions. /li /ulh3Regulatory Compliance /h3ulliEnsure architectural plans and specifications comply with local and international building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability certifications. /liliGuide junior architects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, sustainability consultants) to ensure project cohesion.



/li /ulh3Construction Oversight /h3ulliSupport site supervision activities, ensuring design intent is preserved during execution and resolving technical/design-related challenges. /li /ulh3Client and Stakeholder Engagement /h3ulliAct as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, communicating design concepts, technicaldecisions, and project updates effectively. Manage expectations around costs, quality and timelines. /li /ulh3Documentation Reporting /h3ulliPrepare high-quality technical documentation, presentations, and reports, supporting both internal reviews and external submissions. /li /ulh3Education /h3pBachelor’s Degree in Architecture /ph3Qualifications /h3ulliProfessional architectural license or equivalent qualification (preferred); /liliat least 4 years of experience in architectural design and project leadership, ideally in integrateddesign environments; /liliexperience in sustainable building design and familiarity with energy modeling or environmentalassessment tools is a plus; /lilistrong design sensibility with proven experience in sustainable and performance-based architecture; /lilideep knowledge of building codes, construction technologies, and materials in India Middle East contexts; /liliproficiency in BIM and design tools: bAutoCAD /b, bRevit /b, bRhino /b, bAdobe Suite /b; /liliexcellent organizational, communication,

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between b€38,000 and €48,000 /band will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
