CGM FABLAB, a leading medical software company, seeks a Tech Lead to guide our Full Stack and QA teams, delivering scalable, high-quality e-health solutions and shaping our technical roadmap.

Based in Italy with a hybrid work model (2 days remote), you will mentor engineers, drive AI-enabled features (agents, skills, workflows), and ensure collaboration with the AIS DE organisation. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
