You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of HR processes and supporting decisions that have a real impact on people. Your work will contribute to creating a fairer, more transparent, and people-centered workplace. /p h3bWhat Will You Do? /b /h3 ul liVerify attendance and timekeeping data, ensuring accuracy and transparency. /li liManage relationships with the external Payroll Partner responsible for monthly payroll processing. /li liEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies. /li liCollect and analyze data across the entire HR function. /li liMonitor key HR metrics (e.g., Turnover, Absenteeism, etc.). /li liTransform data into clear and actionable business insights. /liliEnsure the accuracy and reliability of HR information. /li liServe as a point of reference for colleagues on compensation and payroll-related matters. /li liSupport the administration of welfare and benefits programs, contributing to employee well-being.
