ph3VERSACE Financial Planning Analysis Manager /h3pIn this role you will serve as a strategic Finance Business Partner to the EMEA leadership, delivering financial insight to support sustainable growth. You will lead planning, reporting, and performance reviews, partnering with commercial and operational teams to drive profitability. You will develop KPIs, model scenarios, and prepare executive-level updates for regional and HQ stakeholders. This position combines finance rigor with cross-functional influence in a luxury fashion environment. /pulliAct as Finance Business Partner to the EMEA leadership, providing strategic financial insights and decision support /liliLead the EMEA financial planning process (budgets, rolling forecasts, mid-term plans) /liliOversee monthly/quarterly close, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations /liliPartner with commercial, retail, and functional leaders to identify opportunities and manage risks /liliDevelop and monitor KPIs (PL by distribution channel, retail profitability, network performance) /liliConduct scenario modelling,



business case development, and investment analyses /liliPrepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and regional dashboards /liliCoordinate regional and HQ financial reporting to enable resource allocation and performance management /liliSupport retail investment evaluation and network development planning /liliDrive continuous improvement of FPA processes and performance tools /liliPerform additional FPA and business controlling activities as a financial advisor to regional stakeholders /liliBachelor's degree in Financials and Economics /lili5-8 years' FPA, business controlling and consulting experience /liliExperience with business intelligence; SAP is a plus /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills /liliExcellent communication, ethics, cultural awareness, and stakeholder relationship abilities /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
