ppIn this Specialist role in Milan, you drive store performance by leading a multidisciplinary team and optimizing customer journeys. You'll monitor KPIs, oversee omnichannel services, and ensure high standards across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection. You'll develop talent, align daily activities with goals, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable results.
