ph3Retail Operations Coordinator (Junior) /h3 h3About Gondolina /h3 pGondolina is one of the fastest-growing luxury footwear brands in Italy. /p pWe're building an internationally recognised Made in Italy brand rooted in Venetian craftsmanship, growing at an extraordinary pace. /p pThis isn't a traditional company. /p pEvery week brings new challenges, new opportunities and new projects. /p pWe're looking for someone who wants to learn, grow and become one of the future leaders of Gondolina. /p h3The Role /h3 pWe're looking for a Junior Retail Operations Coordinator. /p pThis role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their career who is ambitious, highly organised and eager to learn how a fast-growing luxury company operates. /p pYou won't spend your day doing repetitive tasks. /p pYou'll work directly with management across operations, retail, HR and business projects, learning how every part of the company works while helping us execute at a high level. /p pEvery day will be different. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liSupport the daily operations of our retail stores. /li liCoordinate with Area Managers and Store Managers. /li liHelp monitor store performance and operational KPIs. /li liAssist with recruitment and onboarding activities. /li liSupport HR and people operations. /li liHelp organise operational projects and company initiatives. /li liImprove internal processes and documentation.
