ph3Mission /h3pThe Clearing Settlement Services employee is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day operations related to securities settlement. The role ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of asset trade settlements, delivering high-quality service to SGSS clients while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and internal standards. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliExecute post-trade processing of securities transactions across local and international markets, ensuring timely and accurate settlement /liliMonitor and follow up on both internal and external settlement instructions for clients /liliInvestigate and resolve settlement pending items, breaks, and discrepancies with counterparties, as well as irregularities in coordination with clients’ back and middle offices /li /ulh3Studies experience /h3ulliBachelor’s degree Economics or related fields /liliBackground in Securities Services, with a good understanding of industry standards and operational frameworks /liliAt least 1 year of proven experience in Securities Services, with sound knowledge of industry regulations and processes /li /ulh3Language skills /h3ulliExcellent command of written and spoken Italian (C2 level), with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in complex professional contexts /liliUpper-intermediate English (B2 level) /li /ulh3Technical, operational Soft skills /h3ulliProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications /liliKnowledge of Securities Operations processes and workflows /liliUnderstanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards /liliGood level of technological literacy and familiarity with operational systems /liliTeam Spirit /liliCollective Mindset /liliRisk and fraud awareness /liliEmpowerment and Accountability /liliResult orientation /li /ulh3Salary range directly on the job ad:
