Specialista Senior / Project Manager

As a Senior Application Engineer, you will act as the regional technical expert to drive CCC solutions across Brownfield and Greenfield opportunities. You will collaborate with Account Managers and customers to define and advocate optimal turbomachinery controls and simulations, guiding proposals and scope reviews. You will lead regional technology events and mentor project teams, shaping how CCC technologies create value. This role offers meaningful impact by accelerating solution adoption and strengthening customer partnerships in a growth-focused region.

- Provide technical and strategic support for Brownfield and Greenfield sales opportunities, validating and presenting CCC solutions to customers
- Serve as the regional Subject Matter Expert for TMC optimization and support Dynamic Simulation sales activities
- Conduct site surveys, assist with startups and training, and participate in proposal, contract, and scope qualification reviews
- Act as the primary technical resource throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with customers, Account Managers, and internal teams to develop optimal CCC solutions
- Lead regional technology seminars, sales events,



and customer workshops to promote CCC capabilities and capture market insights
- Develop regional technical and application expertise through customer engagement and mentoring project execution teams
- Follow all safety policies and procedures and adapt to change as required
- Potential involvement in Project Review Boards for regional projects
- Master's Degree in Automation and Control Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Five years of experience in control systems engineering or related field (or equivalent combination)
- Experience in Oil & Gas field is preferred
- Native proficiency in Italian or Dutch and strong English communication skills
- Eligible to obtain work visa or permit for field assignments
- Valid international driver's license preferred
- Prior experience in control systems engineering or a related field
- Must be able to work in country/site of assignment and meet local regulatory requirements
