You will prototype, test, and implement design changes to improve performance and cost, while producing and updating technical documentation. You'll support troubleshooting on site and contribute to manuals for new products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable energy storage solutions at scale. /pulliAct as design owner for large commercial battery backup systems /liliInvent, prototype, test and implement design changes to prevent issues and add value /liliCreate or revise technical product documentation /liliAssist with on-site troubleshooting and issue investigation /liliTravel to customer sites roughly every 4-6 months for validation /liliAssist in creating user manuals for new products /liliInteract with customers to support quoting/sales or problem resolution /liliOperate test equipment up to 700V and 1.6MW as needed /liliDesign, build, and modify simple test equipment /liliPerform other related duties as assigned /liliUniversity degree or technical diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering /lili2+ years of experience in an Electrical Engineer role /liliCustomer oriented and able to travel /liliGood English language knowledge /liliStrong planning, organizing, documentation and communication skills /liliTeam-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment /liliAbility to lead and coordinate project tasks with other engineering teams globally /li /ulpIn this role you will own the design for large battery backup systems, applying lithium-ion chemistry and other energy storage solutions.
