You will analyze multi-channel logistics, set performance targets, and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and visibility. - Analyze logistics flows across trade lanes and multi-channel environment using standardized metrics
- Perform KPI analysis to support troubleshooting and optimize the network
- Define performance targets for transportation and inbound/outbound processes
- Coordinate cross-functional team to monitor international shipments and ensure SLA alignment
- Supervise daily tracking and exception management with origin warehouses, carriers, and destination warehouses
- Contribute to strategic International Network Projects to improve efficiency and scalability
- Strengthen Global Logistics Transportation community through collaboration and best practices
- Support development of monitoring tools and dashboards for flow visibility and control
- Align global and regional shipment monitoring protocols and escalation processes
- Ability to create effective network with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to collect data from multiple sources and present it in different views
- Critical examination of results
- Ability to communicate outputs clearly across the organization
- Proficiency with electronic sheets (Excel, Business Objects, etc.) and what-if analyses
- Knowledge of transportation operations and import/export formalities (high level)
