ph3About The Role /h3 pIn this role you will support testing and validation activities for coffee machine Full Auto development, ensuring product performance, quality, and compliance with internal and external standards across the full development lifecycle, from prototype to industrialization. /p pThis role aims to build strong internal technical capability in testing and validation and support long‑term growth of know‑how within the team. /p h3The Impact You’ll Make /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liExecution of functional, performance, and reliability tests on coffee machine systems /li liDefinition and maintenance of test cases and validation protocols /li liAnalysis of test results and identification of defects and improvement opportunities /li liCollaboration with RD, Quality, and Engineering teams /li liSupport during prototype development, validation cycles, and troubleshooting activities /li liContribution to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and lab processes /li liAccurate documentation of all testing activities in line with internal standards /li /ul h3The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring /h3 h3Technical Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical background (mechanical, electrical, mechatronic or similar) /li liPrevious experience in testing, validation, production, or technical hands-on environments is a plus /li liAbility to read and understand technical drawings and basic specifications /li liBasic understanding of testing principles and structured problem‑solving approach /li liStrong practical mindset and willingness to work with physical prototypes and lab equipment /li liLabview knowledge for litttle bench setup ( Would agevolazioni us)
