Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liWelcome guests with genuine warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start /li liAssist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation /li liKeep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with the right energy /li liOffer local recommendations and connect guests to events, restaurants and experiences /li liJump in with bookings for activities,



restaurants and everything in between /li liShare guest insights and feedback with the team to improve every stay /li liWork closely with Housekeeping, FB and Maintenance to keep things running smoothly /li liRepresent TSH by promoting our outlets and spotting upsell opportunities /li /ul h3What You’ll Have /h3 ul liYou have 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role /li liYou bring an energetic, welcoming vibe that makes people feel at home /li liYou’re great at switching between tasks without losing your smile /li liYou have a proactive mindset and love turning small moments into memorable ones /li liYou’re comfortable with digital tools like PMS, kiosks or guest messaging apps /li liYou communicate clearly in English and Italian /li liYou’re a team player who stays cool and confident during busy peaks /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liThe opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
