ppAs Global Category Manager, you shape the strategy and multi-year roadmap for a premier product portfolio across international markets. You’ll lead end-to-end lifecycle management, align cross-functional teams, and translate insights into profitable growth. This role sits at the heart of a dynamic Global Product Management function, influencing regional strategies and driving innovation. You’ll work with RD, Marketing, Sales and Operations to deliver impactful, portfolio-driven outcomes that support the company’s growth and competitive positioning. Marketing and regional teams on go-to-market strategies /liliMonitor market dynamics and translate insights into actionable strategies /liliLead cross-functional decision-making across Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Procurement /liliDevelop robust business cases and portfolio recommendations for senior leadership /liliTrack performance with KPIs and portfolio reviews and take corrective actions /liliFoster a high-performance, collaborative cross-functional culture /liliBachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred /lili7+ years in Product or Category Management in an international matrix, with proven cooking appliances experience /liliProven experience defining and executing global category strategies and managing international product portfolios /liliStrong track record leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders /liliExperience managing products across full lifecycle from discovery to end-of-life /liliStrong commercial acumen with business case development, pricing and profitability analysis /liliAnalytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate data into decisions /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management in international environments /liliFluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plus /liliAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; BI and product management tools advantageous /liliWillingness to travel internationally (~30%) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
