ph3Job Description /h3 /brpResponsible for Start Up, maintenance and emergency repairs of Vertiv Air Conditioning products, as well as other contracted systems. Required to establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport with all customers, salesmen, distributors, and others within the area. Maintain continuous communications with Call Control and the department Manager/Supervisor. /p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliRespond, in a professional manner, to all assigned service calls while on duty. /li /brliPerform all work in a safe manner and in accordance with established company safety policy. /li /brliPerform all work using good working practice and current codes of practice/legislation relevant to assigned task. /li /brliEnsure spare parts are properly accounted for using established parts procedures. /li /brliAssist in ensuring that the planned maintenance completion rate is maintained at a min 90% . /li /brliAssist call control to schedule, plan and complete any works as required, using established work flow procedures. /li /brliKeep call control informed of your schedule and the status of all open jobs. /li /brliMaintain the accuracy of the customer listing by reporting errors with the site change form. /li /brliSupport company vision and management decision. /li /brliEnsure that all ISO 9001:2000 agreed processes are followed. /li /brliKeep company vehicle clean and properly maintained.



/li /brliYou will be expected to look after all tooling and company property issued to enable the tasks to be carried out. /li /brliWork as part of the service team. /li /brliFollow up and follow through with any and all assigned tasks. /li /brliSubmit daily paperwork in a timely, accurate and complete manner and in case of Wireless Field Service ensure the job is debriefed in a complete and accurate manner at the customer’s premises where possible /li /brliEnsure availability to work during weekend and nights /li /brliReport sales or service leads to the proper department /li /brliProvide a positive influence to peers /li /brliProvide on site technical assistance with difficult problems /li /brliWork closely assist department supervisors, salesman, contracts engineer managers with their day-to-day operational duties. /li /brliAttend customer meetings as required /li /brliThe employee ensure that any activity, task and responsibility required by role in terms of (Export Compliance), (Import Compliance), (EU Arrivals and Despatching), as well as (Supply Chain Security)



is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company International Trade Compliance Regulation certification program itself /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliExperience of working in a technical service or test environment of Air Conditioning equipment essential /li /brliComputer Literate (All office associated programs such as, word, excel, outlook) /li /brliPrevious field service experience essential /li /brliExcellent customer service skills /li /brliStrong communication skills /li /brliSelf starter, ability to plan , organise and manage time effectively with an ability to work under pressure /li /brliClean Valid driving license /li /br /ul /brh3Working Conditions /h3 /brul /brliA significant amount of after hours and weekend work, frequently scheduled with little notice /li /brliTravel on a daily basis to and from customer sites /li /brliWill be required to stay away from home or travel long distances. /li /brliOccasional heavy lifting required /li /brliYou will be expected to operate as part of a team /li /brliParticipate on the 24/7 on call rota. /li /brliMay be required to travel abroad from time to time. /li /brliYou will be supplied with a Company uniform, which must be warn at all times while working. /li /br /ul /brpThe anticipated salary range for this role in Milan - Italy locality is between 35,625 Euros to 53,438 Euros gross per year (based on a full-time working week).
