p We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive sustainable business growth within the assigned market, building strong customer relationships and identifying strategic commercial opportunities in order to expand our Sales Team. The role will support Chromavis Group's objectives in terms of volume, turnover, and profitability, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. p Key Responsibilities /pulli Manage and develop relationships with assigned customers, ensuring regular meetings, business reviews and visits to key accounts. /lili Build and maintain strong, strategic customer partnerships to maximize growth and sales potential. /lili Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, RD, Packaging, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal, Finance), ensuring alignment across all business units. /lili Present product collections and tailored solutions based on customer needs, providing input for internal preparation of presentations. /lili Gather customer briefs and identify suitable formulations using internal tools and resources. /lili Prepare initial price offers and lead negotiations for new projects and annual pricing reviews. /lili Identify, assess and prioritize new business opportunities, estimating sales potential and probability of success. /lili Monitor industry trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape, including top-selling launches and portfolio gaps. /lili Provide action plans,
weekly pipeline updates and contribute to accurate sales budgeting and forecasting. /lili Initiate and manage contractual documentation (e.g., NDAs, terms conditions) in coordination with relevant functions. /lili Define commercial strategy and account plans for the assigned client portfolio. /li /ulp Skills Required /pulli Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Economics or a related field (or a High School Diploma with equivalent experience). /lili3-4 years of experience in a sales role within the cosmetics industry /lili Strong knowledge of the cosmetics market, products, trends and customer landscape. /lili Fluent English is mandatory; French or another foreign language is considered a plus. /lili Strong proficiency with main IT systems and the MS Office suite. /lili Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. /lili Strong commercial acumen and customer-oriented mindset. /lili Effective negotiation and influencing capabilities. /lili Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage workload, set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. /lili Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to propose creative solutions. /lili Analytical mindset, even when working with limited information. /lili High level of autonomy, integrity, confidentiality and professional ethics. /lili Resilience, attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure. /li /ulp Please send your CV in English /p /p
