Role description

He/She is responsible of designing moulds for thermoplastic injection moulding and, if necessary, dies for powder extrusion starting from the specific technical needs of the Customer

Main tasks and responsibilities

- Takes care of the feasibility analysis and development of new products starting from the specifications received from R&D; Depart
- Directly carries out the calculation and the design of injection moulds (and extrusion dies) according to the defined specifications and the features of the machines, in order to achieve the best possible efficiency process l




- Follows the mould production process in collaboration with the mold making man
- Takes care of safety aspects in order to guarantee the respect of the safety direct
- Supports Production in case of problems or defects of the pro
- product Prepares spare parts for existing moulds based on maintenances prog
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ski
