Verifichi tutti i dettagli nella descrizione e poi faccia clic su "Candidati". brpb Responsibilities /b /pulli Strategic Planning Execution: Develop and execute the annual sales plan for Italy to achieve sales targets and market share growth in the surgical consumables segment. /lili Market Development Portfolio Management: Deeply analyze market potential in Chile, identify new business opportunities, and optimize the product portfolio, focusing on Surgical Staplers and Bariatric Surgery consumables. /lili Key Account KOL Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local key accounts (major public/private hospitals in Santiago) and key opinion leaders (KOLs / Bariatric and General Surgeons). /lili Compliance Competitor Intelligence: Ensure all commercial activities comply with local laws and corporate policies. Continuously monitor market dynamics and competitors, and provide strategic feedback to headquarters.



/li /ul pb Job Qualifications /b /pulli Industry Background: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with proven experience in Surgical Staplers, Laparoscopic instruments, or Bariatric Surgery consumables. /lili Education Language: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in Chinese/English is a strong asset. /li /ul pb Core Competencies /b /pulli Clinical Business Acumen: Strong understanding of operating room (OR) environments, surgical procedures, and outstanding commercial insight. /lili Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and high-stakes negotiation skills with surgeons and hospital purchasing departments. xrdbqlu /lili Drive: Result-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote team structure. /li /ul /p /p
