ppWe are looking for a Business Financial Controller to act as a business partner to the subsidiary’s executives. The successful candidate will organize and oversee the company’s economic management, optimize financial performance, and support leadership in defining overall strategy. The Business Financial Controller will also be responsible for structuring processes and the use of tools, ensuring consistency of methods and practices, and compliance with group rules. As part of the Group’s community of controllers, the successful candidate will ensure the application of the Golden Rules within the subsidiary. /ph3Business Partnership /h3pThe Business Financial Controller will support the subsidiary’s management in monitoring strategy and its operational implementation by: /pulliParticipating in defining objectives and forecasts /liliPreparing and ensuring the reliability of the annual budget /liliConducting financial and economic studies to anticipate results /liliProviding reliable and relevant financial information to support the company’s strategic development /li /ulh3Performance Monitoring /h3pThe Business Financial Controller will be responsible for the PLs and will participate in operational management committees, providing operational and financial insight on the performance of subsidiaries/business units. /ppKey responsibilities include: /pulliAnalyzing performance, anticipating deviations from objectives, and recommending corrective and preventive actions /liliConducting analyses and proposing decision-support tools /liliDeveloping reporting procedures and tools, dashboards, controls, and indicators,



and monitoring their effectiveness /liliPerforming ad-hoc analyses based on local needs /li /ulh3Project Margin /h3pThe Business Financial Controller will be responsible for the production and analysis of project margins and gross margin, calculated according to Group definitions. In addition, the Controller will participate monthly in fixed-price review meetings with technical management and project managers to: /pulliAnalyze project progress and percentage of completion /liliReview work in progress and project risks /liliMonitor invoicing compared with project managers’ billing forecasts /li /ulpThe Business Financial Controller will calculate and annually review the cost rates used for project valuation and ensure their compliance with Group rules. /ph3Group Reporting /h3pThe Business Financial Controller will be responsible for the production and timely delivery of Group reporting. The successful candidate will ensure that all local stakeholders contribute effectively to the production of reliable monthly financial data, relying on accounting as well as operational and business monitoring tools within the subsidiaries/business units. /ppResponsibilities include: /pulliManaging the monthly closing calendar /liliProducing and analyzing key Group indicators (operational, financial, cash, and business) /liliProducing monthly reports (current trading, headcount reporting, etc.) /liliReconciling intercompany accounts /li /ulh3What We Are Looking For /h3ulliA hands-on professional capable of combining strategic thinking with operational execution /liliA trusted advisor who can support management in driving performance and achieving business objectives /liliA proactive individual who promotes continuous improvement, process optimization, and compliance with Group standards and best practices. /lilibFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is mandatory; French is a plus. /b /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
