ppIn this role you will drive continuous improvement initiatives at the Cascina Costa site, aligning with Leonardo's operations and industrial excellence goals. You will collaborate with multiple plants to identify, evaluate, and implement improvement projects that impact cost and performance. You will lead data-driven problem solving, track progress, and promote a Plant-by-Plant CI roadmap to sustain results.
