p PRIMARY FUNCTIONS p The role of the Off Road Sales Specialist inside FPT organization is to manage and develop strategic relationships with the company's important Off road customers. This role focuses on increasing revenues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within key accounts. /pp KEY ACCOUNTABILITY /pulli Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the Off road business; /lili Be the Key Account Manager for selected existing global IKA and OEMs and the commercial go-to-person for the clients as well as for the internal functions; /lili Work together with all functions involved (Product Engineering, Platform, Product Marketing, Homologation,...) to finalize sales proposals; /lili Contribute to identify solutions, meeting customers' needs in accordance with the Global sales strategies /li /ulp REQUIRED SKILLS BACKGROUND /pulli Master degree (Management/Mechanical/Electrical engineering is preferable) /lili5 years of working experience in similar roles /lili Negotiations skills.



Ability to understand customer needs and requirements through studying data and discussions with customers; ability to know the customer's business /lili Ability to work and to collaborate by objectives in a cross-functional teams, with strong communication attitudes and relationship skills /lili Excellent knowledge of English in speaking and writing. /lili MS Office and common ICT tools /lili Market-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills /lili Ability to create product marketing plans /lili Ability to think 5 years ahead, but with foot on the ground and with a pragmatic and customer driven approach /lili Ability to scout new business opportunities that enable business development targets to be achieved/exceeded /lili Analytical approach and capability to translate market data and deviations into future trends and segmentations /lili Availability to travel /li /ulp COMPENSATION PACKAGE /pp Annual gross salary in the range of €52K–€65K, commensurate with experience and qualifications. /p /p
