ph3Technical Sales Manager, Coatings Europe /h3 pSpecialista Senior / Project Manager /p pIn this role you drive growth in the Coatings segment across MEA and Southern Europe by delivering technically viable solutions and building strong customer partnerships. You will align with regional Sales, Marketing and RD to shape value propositions and support product launches. The role combines technical insight with commercial focus to exceed customer expectations and accelerate opportunities. You’ll work cross-functionally to translate market needs into Elementis solutions and contribute to strategic growth. /p ul liDevelop solutions for customers using Elementis products to drive business growth /li liBuild and maintain technical relationships with current and new customers and distributors /li liProvide technical support and train the Coatings sales team, distributors and customers in the region /li liIdentify and line up new business opportunities aligned with the business strategy /li liSupport Sales Managers to accelerate new business opportunities through regular customer visits /li liProvide after-sales support,
handle technical questions and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction /li liIdentify markets and customer needs and develop sound value propositions /li liParticipate or co-lead new product launches and projects in cooperation with Marketing and RD /li liBachelor or Master in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering with Business or equivalent /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in technical service or RD in Coatings/Adhesives/Sealants/Construction /li liStrong project management and cross-functional collaboration experienceExcellent networking, communication and presentation skills /li liExperience managing customer-focused projects and delivering technical solutions /li liStrong analytical, planning and long-term goal realization abilities /li liExcellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills /li liRegular international travel /li liFluent in English; additional languages a plus /li /ul pIn this role you drive growth in the Coatings segment across MEA and Southern Europe by delivering technically viable solutions and building… /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
