ppJoin NHOA Energy and help shape the future of grid infrastructure and energy storage across Europe. /p pAs bBusiness Development Manager /b you will be part of our EMEA team, reporting directly to the VP EMEA, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our High Voltage (HV) Infrastructure and BoP business. With an initial focus on the Italian market, you'll help identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and support the delivery of solutions that enable the energy transition and grid flexibility. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liEvaluate the Italian HV Infrastructure BoP market, including customers, competitors, contractors, regulations, and emerging trends /li liIdentify, qualify, and develop profitable HV BoP opportunities, leveraging synergies with NHOA's BESS pipeline /li liBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of future projects, engaging clients and stakeholders to originate new business opportunities /li liLead commercial activities throughout the full project lifecycle, from tender qualification and bid preparation through contract negotiation and handover to execution teams /li liAct as commercial owner of projects, coordinating with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and other internal functions /li liBuild and strengthen relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, developers, and grid infrastructure stakeholders /li liGather market intelligence, influence project requirements, and position NHOA competitively in the market /li liRepresent NHOA at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking forums /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of experience in the EPC, renewable energy, infrastructure, HV or BoP sectors /li liStrong business development, commercial,
and sales track record within the Italian energy market /li liIn-depth understanding of HV infrastructure, BoP solutions, and related products and services /li liKnowledge of electricity market dynamics, supply chains, pricing mechanisms, and key industry players /li liUnderstanding of grid connection requirements, permitting processes, and compliance frameworks /li liExperience with EPC contracts and commercial negotiations /li liEngineering degree or equivalent technical background (Electrical Engineering is a plus) /li liStrong opportunity origination, project development, and analytical skills /li liNative Italian or full professional proficiency /li liAdvanced English, both written and spoken /li libAvailability to travel as required, mainly within Italy /b /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liPrevious exposure to utility-scale energy projects, renewables /li liEstablished network within the Italian energy, infrastructure, or grid development ecosystem /li liExperience working in international and multicultural organisations /li /ul h3Location /h3 pHybrid remote and Milan Offices.
