ph3Job Description /h3 pEnsure the achievement and optimization of the expected technical, economic, and financial results for assigned projects by overseeing the overall technical and administrative management of the construction project through to completion. /p ul liManage relationships with the Client by sharing all relevant information regarding the various phases of the project, building a relationship based on mutual trust and satisfaction, and promptly addressing any potential issues. /li liShare project objectives, procedures, and activities with the Operations Manager/Project Director (or, in their absence, the Country Manager). /li liPrepare and submit the project execution budget and identify any cost improvement opportunities to the Operations Manager/Project Director (or, in their absence, the Country Manager). /li liDevelop the project budget and submit it for approval to the Operations Manager/Project Director (or, in their absence, the Country Manager), working closely with the Country Administration Manager and/or the Administrative Manager assigned to the project, as well as with the Site Manager (and, where applicable, the Construction Manager), to ensure compliance with both the project budget and schedule. /li liEnsure the correct implementation of the Project Quality and Safety Plan prepared by the Quality Manager, in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. /li liMaintain ongoing communication with the Client regarding project progress and activities. /li liPlan and organize, in cooperation with the Site Manager and, where applicable, the Construction Manager, the human resources and equipment required for project execution, ensuring their availability within the established timelines. /li liPrepare the monthly Progress Payment Certificate (SAL) based on completed quantities approved jointly with the Country Administration Manager and/or the Administrative Manager assigned to the project. /li liContinuously monitor the technical, economic, and financial performance of projects, defining actions required to achieve project objectives while maintaining strong client relationships. /li liEnsure proper contract management, including the handling and resolution of disputes with clients and/or partners, with the support of the relevant corporate departments when necessary.
