Role OverviewThe Physical Therapist PRN provides professional physical therapy services to patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy in accordance with Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules.
- Conduct ongoing assessments, modify treatments as needed, and assist in discharge planning.




- Communicate effectively with team members and build strong patient relationships.
- Maintain accountability for performance and seek opportunities for professional growth.
- Contribute to creating a collaborative and positive patient care environment.

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
- Valid Texas License or Temporary License.
- Minimum of 1 year licensed physical therapy experience. xlwpduy
- Strong communication, teamwork, and initiative skills.
