Voice Actor – Italian Speakers (AI Training) About The Role What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of Italian speakers around the world? We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role.
No AI background needed — just a trained voice, fluency in Italian, and a professional recording setup.

What You'll Do Record high-quality voice samples in Italian from provided scripts and prompts
Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated Italian speech
Review and refine scripts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and natural delivery
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
Native or highly fluent Italian speaker with a strong command of natural spoken Italian
Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances consistently
Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and tone
No prior AI or tech experience required Nice to Have Experience across multiple Italian regional accents or dialects
Background in broadcast, film dubbing, e-learning narration, or commercial voice-over
Familiarity with AI tools or audio evaluation workflows
