As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will take ownership of the manufacturing engineering strategy,driving the "factory of the future" vision by implementing best-in-class manufacturing techniques.A key part of this role involves managing projects for the installation of new production equipmentand tools and implementing engineering changes.

Furthermore, you will oversee the installation,maintenance, and continuous improvement of all production methods, with a strict adherence to allHealth, Safety, and Environmental requirements. Your support will also extend to plantmaintenance and active participation in new product development and engineering changeinitiatives to ensure projects are executed on time and within cost. This position is based in Minerbio, Italy and is fully on site.

ERP Master Data and Documentation Ownership: Own all material item masters within ERP and be responsible for the creation and updating of ERP product master data (includingBOM and product routings), cycle times, SOPs and detailed work instructions Process Design and Factory Layout: Responsible for the design of production tools and cells, line layout, and optimizing the value stream and factory layout to maximizeefficiencies and safe working areas New Product Introduction (NPI) Interface: Act as the main conduit between the Valuestreams and R&D; functions to facilitate assembly process improvements, including NewProject Development,



and liaise with the team to ensure new products are transferred intomanufacturing on time and on cost Uphold quality standards within the manufacturing engineering department Material and Inventory Policy: Work with Value Stream Managers and Logistics to ensure the correct material replenishment method is defined and adheres to PSC inventory policy Continuous Improvement and Lean Implementation: Promote and develop a culture ofcontinuous improvement and operational excellence.

Team and Skills Development: Support Value Streams with Manufacturing Engineerskills/competences development, and support the Manufacturing Engineering team's performance management and development.

Master

Degree, preferably Mechanical Eng., Industrial Eng. At least 7 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering In depth knowledge and experience of FMEA, APQP, PPAP and Lean Manufacturingtechniques Experience with New Product Introduction, design changes and upgrades through toproduction Technical knowledge of volume manufacturing engineering practices including Factory 4.0; Knowledge of technology such as machining and/or welding would be considered a plus Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD and ERP systems. Knowledge of techniques and tools for process improvement.

Lean Six Sigma
