Sharp Brains is seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician Level 1 on a freelance B2B basis to provide first-line IT support for desktop and laptop users in a corporate environment.

The role covers incident management, IMAC tasks, device lifecycle, and remote assistance using SCCM, Intune and ServiceNow, with emphasis on security, uptime, and user satisfaction.

You will work as the onsite contact during outages and support peripherals, AD tasks, and basic Mac/Windows support, following ITIL processes.
