FTC Program Manager, SWA, EU SWA OPS First Mile & Integration
Location: Milano, LOM, IT. This full‑time, on‑site position offers great opportunities for career growth.
Job Summary
Our team is building the next $1bn initiative in e‑com shipping, creating a new business that transforms how customers are served worldwide. You will join the First Mile team, driving large, cross‑functional programs and translating strategic objectives into operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational programs for Amazon Shipping and partner with AMZL/ATS operations and business teams.
- Monitor weekly First Mile qualitative and cost KPIs reported in SWA and AMZL WBR.
- Collaborate with AMZL/ATS/Commercial and Customer Support teams to improve processes and performance.
- Own ops readiness documents, defining problem statements and impact assessments.
- Drive launch, implementation, and scale‑up activities before handing over to operations as a BAU task set.
Basic Qualifications
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, formulas, data cleansing, array formulas).
- Strong customer focus and professional demeanor.
- Organizational skill and operations mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, rapidly‑changing environment.
- Strong work ethic driven by a desire to exceed expectations.
- Experience leading and interacting with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the EU.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
- Experience with MS Access and SQL.
- Experience in requirement gathering and creating detailed requirement documents.
