**Hybrid position - Paderno Dugnano - Italy** We are seeking a Marketing Specialist for one of the most recognized worldwide industrial machinery manufacturers in the Additive Manufacturing sector. This role will drive channel marketing actions, optimising reach and effectiveness, and conducting analyses and research to support the company's strategic plan. In addition, will take part of the CRM implementation and management, providing crucial data-driven insights. Main tasks: - Support in the implementation of the channel marketing strategies
- Establish relationships with the Key Channel Partners, ensuring the joint of the marketing campaigns
- Develop and execute marketing programs for various channels
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the channel marketing initiatives, leveraging data insights to make informed decisions for improvements
- Lead the CRM implementation, to ensure data accuracy and provide analytics to inform marketing decisions **Requirements**: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Fluent in English and Italian
