Due to international growth, we are now recruiting for a talented /p pFulltime: Treviso, Italy /p h3Area of responsibility /h3 pThe strongSenior Project Manager /strong leads and delivers complex, cross-functional projects for the development of LED Modules and customized Light Engines for professional lighting applications. The role is fully accountable for end-to-end project success, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality targets. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Senior Project Manager drives business performance and customer satisfaction, manages risks and governance, leads multi-project programs, influences portfolio priorities and organizational processes, and enables data-driven decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. /p pIn this role you will be part of an international team and you will be responsible for the following activities: /p ul liLead end-to-end delivery of complex, strategic LED module and Light Engine development projects,
ensuring full ownership of scope, timeline, budget, and milestones. /li liEnsure technical, commercial, and operational excellence in compliance with corporate PLM and quality standards. /li liApply structured project management practices, driving risk management, governance, and performance control. /li /ul h3Business Impact Customer Satisfaction /h3 ul liTranslate business strategy into project roadmaps that accelerate time-to-market and improve portfolio competitiveness. /li liSupport product and platform strategy execution in collaboration with Product Management and RD. /li liBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, ensuring successful execution of complex and customized programs. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liLead global cross-functional teams across RD, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management. /li liAlign senior stakeholders and facilitate governance activities to support effective decision-making. /li liFoster collaboration and communication across functions to ensure project success. /li /ul h3Decision-Making, Risk Escalation /h3 ul liMake critical project decisions, balancing business objectives, risks, costs, and time-to-market. /li liProactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and project bottlenecks. /li liAct as the primary escalation point, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues through data-driven decision-making. /li /ul h3Process, Governance Tools /h3 ul liDefine and enforce project governance,
methodologies, and best practices across projects. /li liDrive continuous improvement of project execution, Stage-Gate/NPI processes, and portfolio management. /li liPromote digitalization and adoption of project management tools to improve efficiency and transparency. /li /ul h3Job requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent /li liFluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus /li li8+ years of experience in Project Management within industrial, technology-driven, B2B environments /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liProven experience managing complex product development (NPI/engineering) projects in international matrix organizations, preferably within professional lighting or related electronics industries. /li liDemonstrated success leading global cross-functional teams and largecale, multi-project programs. /li /ul h3Project Technical Competence /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, Stage-Gate) and engineering, product development, and industrialization processes. /li liSolid expertise in financial control, resource planning, and risk management. /li liStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level. /li liStrategic, results-oriented, and proactive mindset, combining ownership, adaptability, and hands-on execution in fast-paced global environments. /li /ul h3Job Site: /h3 pTreviso /p h3Contract Type: /h3 pPermanent Employment (Tempo pieno) /p h3Compensation Package /h3 ul liIndicative gross annual salary (RAL): € 55.000 -60.000 consistent to experience and qualifications /li /ul pInventronics is an equal opportunity employer.
