Unisciti a noi per contribuire a far funzionare ciò che fa funzionare il mondo. /p pbQuesta Posizione Risponde a /b Global Quality Continuous Imp Manager /p pThe bGlobal Quality Specialist /b for the specific Product Line is responsible for ensuring excellence in product/process quality across assigned product families by coordinating quality initiatives across multiple Manufacturing Units (MUs) and Local Sales Organization (LSOs). This role serves as the central quality authority, driving consistency in quality standards, coordinating critical quality issues, managing E2E performance metrics by product line, and leading quality improvements from product development through full production lifecycle. /p pThis role is part of the bCritical Power Function /b within ABB's bElectrification Smart Power (ELSP) Division /b. We are hiring btwo Global Quality Specialists /b, each supporting one of the following product families: 1) High Power - Low Voltage UPS 2) Medium Volage UPS.. Main stakeholders are Manufacturing Units, Local Sales Unit (LSU’s) and Agile Team. /p pThe work model for the role is: bHybrid / remote. /b /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liQuality Performance Management KPI Leadership: ul liOwn end-to-end KPI management across assigned product families, consolidating data from multiple Manufacturing Units and Local Sales Organizations. /li liEnsure comprehensive visibility on Time-to-Close, Customer DPU, CoPQ, FPY, and other key metrics, with clear breakdown by factory to drive continuous improvement. /li /ul /li liQuality Governance Cross-Site Alignment: ul liEnsure consistent alignment on root cause analyses and CAPAs across all sites,



eliminating duplicate efforts and establishing a single Quality voice for the product line actively contributing during the Quality Circle events/reviews. /li /ul /li liCritical Customer Quality Issue Resolution: ul liAct as Single Point of Contact for critical quality issues and lead RCA processes when investigations span multiple factories. /li liCoordinate implementation of corrective and preventive actions (ECN, material rework) across sites to ensure swift resolution and customer satisfaction. /li /ul /li liInternal Quality Coordination Best Practice Alignment: ul liAct as Quality advisor to ensure consistent standards and practices across all factories and LSOs for assigned product families. /li liSupport proactive alignment on Quality approaches, facilitate knowledge sharing, and establish a single, unified Quality voice throughout the organization. /li /ul /li liNew Product Quality Assurance Development Support: ul liTake ownership of Quality from concept through product release in NPI projects. /li liJoin MSET, design reviews, and sprint gates as Quality referent; define requirements, lead PCP execution, and ensure full compliance with established Quality standards. /li /ul /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or related field) /li li10+ years of experience in Quality Management roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment /li liDeep product knowledge of UPS systems, including design, manufacturing processes, and end-to-end product lifecycle /li liProven experience in cross-functional and cross-site Quality management, including RCA methodologies, CAPA processes, and KPI-driven performance management /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align global teams across different cultures and organizational levels /li /ul pCostruire un futuro più pulito e intelligente richiede ogni tipo di mente: i curiosi, i coraggiosi e i creativi.
