The role is based within our Headquarter in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will take part in the Finance Team and you will be responsible for facilitating the efficient functioning of the accounting department of Satispay Group via a range of tasks. Key responsibilities: - Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;
- Verify integrity and completeness of bookkeeping for all companies within the Group;
- Support month-end and year-end close process with the following activities: process and post deferred income and charges, accruals, invoices to be received;
- Capex management: data, capitalization, amortization, revaluations and devaluations;
- Book and process payroll and all other financial figures;
- Periodic accounts reconciliation;
- Intercompany journal entries;
- Manage relationships with third parties such as labor consultants, tax consultants, and auditors;
- Cooperate with other departments, notably with Treasury and Control;
- Evaluate current operations to identify and implement process improvements. **What we need**

You have: - Minimum 1 year of previous working experience in a company's finance department or corporate services firm in the general ledger and accounting functions;
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles;
- Excellent IT skills. You are: - A very quick learner and detail-oriented;
- Highly organized and able to work both in a team and independently;
- A team player, enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent in Italian and English - both written and spoken. **Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
